Our trip "North"

We started our trip with a stay at Grandma Garner's. This is Uncle Jim with the kids at Grandma's house.
This is the largest plane in the U.S. It is enormous. I think our house would almost fit inside it!
This is one of Craig's favorites and since I am not the airplane expert I can't tell you the name of it but it can hover like a helicopter and take of by going straight up in the air and land going straight down. Pretty cool.
Zane waving to some of the pilots as they taxied by
Conked out after giggling and telling secrets. Lauren and Janna are almost the exact same age and they are peas in a pod.

James Riley, Jeremiah, Janna, Lauren, Zane and Julia.
You can tell this isn't what she found to be the most interesting part of the trip.:) Julia watching the airshow while holding Zane's beloved "Sean D. Tucker" airplane.
Here is the crew at the airshow. Everyone was pooped since we had stayed up til 2:30 a.m and gotten up before 8.

This is the plane that the wing walker (Teresa Stokes) does her acrobatics on.
Zane wanted to bring this cool little plane home with him.
Zane watched Sean D. Tucker in absolute awe.
Sean D. taxi-ing past.
This was Sean D. and his son Erik Tucker with two other pilots doing a quartet of acrobatic tricks.

Craig, Arlene, Dave, Lauren, and Zane
Sean D. Tucker (Zane's hero)

The wing walker, Gene Sousy is the pilot and the wing walker is Teresa Stokes.
The kid's and Teresa Stokes. Lauren was amazed by her and she was so nice, answering all of Laurens many questions.

This is Sean D. Tuckers plane.
On to IA
The kids at the ballgame, they weren't really thrilled by the loud noise of the fireworks.
My bestest friend Dahhhh-Si

The ballgame party.
After Mtg.
John, Darcie, Kylie, Kaleb, Kobe, and Kinzie
The cool dudes.
The "Princess's"
We stopped at grandpa-ma Carroll's on the way home and the kids played with Aunt Becca

(I am sorry not all of these pictures are in order it is kinda confusing...sorry.)
We took our family vacation up north this year. Craig is really "into" airplane's, thus Zane's obsession, so we decided to go to Wisconsin to see the OshKosh airshow. We stopped at Craig's grandma Judy's first (somehow we didn't get a picture of her) then on to James and Jenny's in Wisconsin. We stayed one night on James and Jenny's farm then we all went to OshKosh for the airshow. Zane LOVES Sean D Tucker, and was so excited to see him fly his airplane. ( All we heard for a week prior to leaving was "I'm ready to go see Sean D. Tucker mom" as he came out with his little backpack loaded down with his toy airplanes.) We then went to Craig's Aunt Ruth's and her husband Michael's. We had such a great time with them but unfortunately our camera was giving us fits and we got no pictures of them either. After two days with them we went on to IA to my friend Darcie's and her family. We had an awesome time with them. Darcie and I had some great chats and the kids had a blast. The dad's even took the boys golfing so they had some fun too. We had such a great time and it was so awsome to see some we hadn't seen for a while.

You may or may not know that the song you have on your blog was recorded for his 3 daughters that were adopted from China. You may have also heard about the tragic accident earlier this summer where they lost the youngest of the girls when their son backed up and hit her with the familys SUV. So sad!!! He is a great singer.
