Lauren and Zane

I am wanting to make a collage of the pictures we took so I put together a smile box to let me see how they would look together. This is what I came up with.

We took spring pictures of the kids today. We took 83 pictures and liked about 3. Thank goodness for digital cameras. We will probably try again later after my patience has returned. Zane is such a monkey we could hardly get him to behave long enough to take a picture. Craig got a video of him saying "don't act silly". He heard that repeatedly.:) Here is a couple of pictures we got. (you may have to pause the music to hear the video)

Is it loose enough now Mommy??????

Lauren lost another tooth. It has been a long time coming. She woke up Sat. morning asking me to check her tooth to see if it was loose enough to pull, I checked it and told her I thought it needed to loosen a little more. This went on all morning. She would go play then come ask me to check it. After awhile I put a little more effort into it and pulled it out. I was hoping the school nurse would get the honor but Lauren wasn't going to wait for Monday to come for that. I guess it is a good thing she didn't wait since she ended up getting Step throat and having to miss two days of school.

Zane told Lauren we were going to have to go to Wal-Mart to get her a new tooth since she "lost" her other one.:) There is a picture of the kids showing off their smiles and a picture of Zane because he wanted to have his picture taken too. Of course he is in his Superman jammies. It is a wash everyday item in this house hold.

I looked out the window today and this is what I saw. Zane loves to follow his daddy around and do the things daddy does. He would rather be trailing after his daddy than anything else in the world I think.

Spring has finally arrived. It is 70* today and tomorrow is supposed to get up to 75*. Hopefully it sticks around til summer.:) We have been able to enjoy quite a bit of the outdoors this weekend. Including weeding the flowerbeds...not my favorite thing to do, as you could see by the shape of our flower beds.

Zanes new favorite thing is Superman! This morning someone asked him his name and he introduced himself as Superman.

Lauren has become our little tree monkey. We can't keep her out of the tree so I had to make the rule that she at least had to have on tennis shoes, to add a tiny measure of safety. She was trying it in her flip flops and it was quite nerve racking for me.
